*_🍏 How to Remove Pesticides from Fruits and Vegetables 🍎:-_*
*💠 Salt Water :*
Wash them with 10% of Salt Water, It will remove most of the Contact Pesticide Residues that normally appear on there surface.
*💠 Warm Water :*
Treat your Vegetables to warm water for a short while and this should remove any leftover residues.
*💠 Peeling :*
Peeling is another efficient way to remove residue and comes highly recommended especially when there might be some residue in the crevices of the fruit.
*💠 Vinegar Soak :*
Fill a large bowl with 4 parts Water to 1 part plain White Vinegar.
Soak the Fruit or Vegetables you’d like to clean in the mixture for 20 minutes.
Rinse the Fruit or Vegetables well with water.
*💠 Baking Soda :*
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with half liter of water.
Soak Fruit or Vegetables 12 to 15 to completely remove the pesticides.
*💠 Lemon + Vinegar Spray :*
Mix one tablespoon of Lemon Juice, two tablespoons of White Vinegar and one cup of water in a Glass Spray Bottle.
Shake vigorously before generously spraying onto your Fruit or Vegetables.
Rub for 30 seconds by hand or with a Vegetable Brush and Rinse thoroughly in Cold Water.
*💠 Turmeric Touch :*
Use 2-3 pinches of Turmeric in warm water to wash the Leafy Greens.
*💠 Blanching :*
This method works well for the vegetables, which are cooked at high temperatures. It is not suitable for the fruits.
Add the Vegetables to be cleaned to hot (boiled) water and leave it for some time.
When water became lukewarm, take the Vegetables out of solution.
