Reminder! This Saturday night, England Belongs To Twee returns to the Upstairs section of the Khyber. Mike will probably bust out the punk rock classics and the riot grrl jams. I’ll spin some street punk gems and some lovely indiepop or whatever other limey stuff that I’m feeling at the moment. Plus, generous sprinklings of brit-pop, reggae, soul, weirdo St. Etienne remixes, and other fun things to down pints and drink to. We’ll probably have a special guest DJ. Oh, did we mention that it’s FREE! Plus, as an added bonus, there is a little punk rock extravaganza going on downstairs with Dead City Psychos (playing a reunion show), The Ray Gradys and Blessed Muthas. The entire night should be wild.
