weezy f. baby Lil Wayne’s been fucking shit up lately. Since his last “official” release “Tha Carter II”, dude’s dropped an insane number of mixtapes: freestyles, remixes, live tracks and collabs. Many are available for free on the interweb but sometimes they have ads edited over the music, “YOU JUST GOT HIT IN THE HEAD BY AN EXCLUSIVE TRACK FROM BLAHBLHA.COM!” Wayne’s also weathered some controversy since the stalkeratzi caught him smooching Baby. Why can’t the world understand the love between a man and his daddy? Regardless, Wayne keeps rhyming. “Tha Carter III” drops this summer and is sure to cement his legenday status. This mixtape covers only Wayne’s more recent material. Dude’s been recording for more than a decade and Poofinga didn’t want to get into his earlier records or his career with the Hot Boys. Poofinga also skimped on collaborations because again there’s just too much out there. This is just an introduction.
