The new Employment Non-discrimation Act was passed by the House this week and added “sexual-orientation” to the list discrimation no-no’s. But this was only passed by removing the protection for transgendered workers which was in the original bill. You can thank the all too typically wussy democrats for that. They were afraid that protecting trannies would just be too civil of a right and they’d lose votes to pass the legislation. We here at FV are 100% pro-tranny, some maybe a little too enthusiastic (cough chetrasho cough) so join us in telling your reps that you are none too pleased about this transgression against the transgendered. Via SF Chron.
Gays finally protected but trannies shown the back door by new legislation
